Sunrise Impact presents its flagship program, designed for individuals with determination, integrity, and vision — ready to shape the future of the continent.
More than just a training course, the Horizon Program is an immersive experience that creates space for innovation, influence, and real opportunities.
The Horizon Program offers a demanding journey that challenges, inspires, and elevates participants. Over several months, they take part in exclusive masterclasses on public speaking, negotiation, thought leadership, and the art of personal presence. Each module is tailored to the realities of specific regions and the opportunities of key sectors such as entrepreneurship, technology, public policy, the arts, and creative industries.
Participants gain privileged access to a network of seasoned mentors — business leaders, creators, philanthropists, coaches, and cultural figures. Through roundtables, one-on-one mentoring, and targeted networking events, they build rich exchanges and lasting connections that extend well beyond the program itself.
Practical experience is at the heart of the journey. Participants work on high-impact projects that demand critical thinking, strategic communication, and real-time adaptability. Each project includes feedback sessions, group reflection, and performance coaching to ensure measurable and meaningful progress.
The Horizon Program combines interactive workshops, real-life simulations, and peer-to-peer exchanges to strengthen both technical skills and the human qualities essential to leadership. With diagnostic tools developed in partnership with international experts, each participant builds a personalized leadership profile and a concrete action plan.
Regular assessments, self-evaluations, and mentor feedback ensure clear and motivating progress throughout the journey.
Applications are evaluated on several aspects: demonstrated leadership, tangible community impact, clarity of vision, and growth potential.
The selection process takes place in several stages: application review, video assessment, and an interview with a jury of advisory board members.
Recruitment opens once a year, and selected candidates join a new group for an intensive six-month program.
By the end of the program, participants will know how to speak with confidence, negotiate effectively, and lead high-impact collaborative projects. They will be ready to drive meaningful change, launch new initiatives, and inspire the next generation.
Through the Sunrise Impact network, they will continue to enjoy privileged access to opportunities and long-term collaborations within a growing community.
